02 Experimental Background

HT-1080 The cells are derived from the epithelial cells of the connective tissue of a 35 year-old male patient with fibrosarcoma. The cells contain activated N-ras oncogenes and are sensitive to human poliovirus 1 , feline RD-114 virus, feline leukemia virus, and vesicular stomatitis virus.
