Colorectal Cancer ( Colorectal Cancer , CRC ) is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive tract. It ranks third in incidence and second in mortality among malignant tumors. SW480 carrying Kras mutations and p53 mutations are both high-frequency pathogenic mutations, therefore it can be used as a typical colon cancer cell model for scientists to study Kras and p53 the oncogenic mechanism of mutations and to establish a drug screening platform. In addition, it can also be used as a positive control for the identification of these mutations by PCR identification.

HEK293 Cells rarely express endogenous receptors required for extracellular ligands and are relatively easy to transfect. It is a commonly used cell line for studying the expression of exogenous genes. 293 A derivative of cells: 293T/17 has higher transfection efficiency, becoming a powerful tool for researchers to study gene function.
